Your booking page
Your booking page is where pet owners find you, see what you offer and book you. Here's what's on it, and where in the app each part comes from.
Your link
Your link is in More → Profile & settings, under Your booking page. It looks like crittertrust.app/your-business-name.
- It's created from your business name the first time your name is approved. If you rename your business later, the link stays the same.
- Tap the link to see your page exactly as owners do.
- Right under the link, the app tells you what visitors see today: your full page, or Coming soon.
To share it, type or paste the address into a text, email or social post. Owners don't need an account to start a booking.
What owners see
Until you're live, owners see a Coming soon page with your name and photo and a note saying what's left — your background check, or your hours. There are no services and no way to book yet. Getting started covers how to go live.
Once you're live, your page shows:
- your cover photo (Pro), your profile photo, your business name and your own name
- a Background checked badge with the month it passed
- your average rating and number of reviews
- About — your bio
- Services & pricing — every service you've switched on, with its price
- Reviews — newest first, with your replies
- a Book button
What we look over first
Your business name, bio, profile photo and cover photo are checked before they appear publicly. While a change is waiting, your page keeps showing the version that's already approved — nothing disappears.
If a change isn't approved, you'll see the reason under it in the app. Change it and save again. A business name works best as just the name; phone numbers, email addresses and links belong in your bio.

Cover photos are a Pro feature. If you move back to Starter, your cover photo is hidden but kept, and it comes back if you subscribe again.
What's never on your page
Your phone number and street address are never shown. Owners only see your city and roughly how far away you are.
