Starter and Pro
There are two plans, and neither takes a percentage of what you charge. Starter is free. Pro is $30 a month and adds to Starter — it never takes anything away.

Your clients, prices, booking page, invoices and payment records are yours on both plans.
Starter's 5-booking limit
An active booking is one you've confirmed that hasn't finished yet. A trip with several dates counts as one. Once a booking is over, it stops counting.
If you're at 5 and confirm another request, the app tells you you're at your limit. The request stays in your list, and you can confirm it once one of your bookings finishes — or move to Pro.
Pro trials
Founding Sitters get a free month of Pro. You're never charged when a trial ends — you move back to Starter unless you've subscribed. Profile & settings shows how many days are left.
Subscribing
In More → Profile & settings, tap the Pro badge near the top, then Subscribe — $30/month. You can also get there from See what Pro includes on any Pro feature. Payment is through Stripe's secure checkout.
On a trial, scroll to Subscription in Profile & settings and tap Free trial of Pro to subscribe.
Cancelling or changing your card
In Profile & settings, scroll to Subscription and tap CritterTrust Pro. That opens Stripe's billing page, where you can cancel, update your card or see your invoices. If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
Moving back to Starter
- Bookings you've already confirmed stay confirmed. The 5-booking limit applies when you confirm new ones.
- Your cover photo is hidden from your page but kept. It comes back if you subscribe again.
- Income breakdown and the trip log are locked, but your payments and visits are all still there.
